
Funding options
You do not need a referral or funding scheme to start accessing services at Seed and Sprout Occupational Therapy.
Seed and Sprout Occupational Therapy can see clients under the follow funding schemes:
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients that are self-managed and plan-managed only.
Medicare Rebates
Seed and Sprout Occupational Therapy accept GP Medicare referrals that provide rebates under:

Chronic Disease Management Plan (formally known as Enhanced Primary Care Plan). 5 individual sessions per year.

Mental Health Care Plan. 6 individual sessions, with an additional 4 individual sessions after GP review. Maximum 10 sessions per year.

Helping Children with Autism Plan (and not receiving NDIS). 4 assessment sessions and 20 individual sessions within a child’s lifetime.
Private health insurance. You may be able to claim Occupational Therapy service through your private health insurance depending on your level of cover. Please speak with your health fund to discuss this.
