Cancellation policy

If more than 24 hours notice is provided there is no cancellation fee. If the Participant cancels with less than 24 hours notice (short notice) the Participant will incur the full fee. Seed and Sprout Occupational Therapy will waive the fee on the first occurrence of a short notice cancellation each school term. 

Appointments that are cancelled by the therapist will not be charged. Every attempt will be made to reschedule where possible.
